Times: 4 pm – 5 pm
Location: All-Star Sports Academy Downingtown Facility
Our high school athletes will perform a similar program as the middle school athletes, with advanced progressions. They will be exposed to more challenging speed, power and plyometric work and they will use a variety of methods for strength training. The objectives of this program remain the reduction of injury risk, increasing speed, power, strength, and lean muscle mass. This program also heavily emphasizes preparing older athletes for the training they can expect to see in collegiate athletics.
