Velocity Training Program – Downingtown – Session 1

Time: 6:00 – 7:30 pm
High School Players
Players will train for 1.5 hour of specific drill and flexibility training to develop their bodies. Players will see results through healthier, stronger, and faster arm action leading to improved throwing velocity. Program will last for eight weeks with a maximum capacity of 12 players.
