Bigger, Faster, Stronger Program – Session 2 – Downingtown 2019

Spend your off-season getting bigger, faster, and stronger with our brand-new strength and conditioning program. Players will be trained by certified collegiate strength and conditioning coachRyan Saltzman for 8 sessions. These workouts will consist of baseball specific movements that will allow athletes to make incredible gains in their performance on the field. This high energy program is recommended for serious players who would like to achieve personal goals during the upcoming season. These sessions will also include 30 minutes of baseball skill work at the start of each session led by ASBA’s Director of Player Development, Andre Butler. Each session will have limited space available in order to assure individualized attention for each athlete.
