Learn from a former MLB player about improving strength and conditioning techniques in order to compete at the highest level.
This program will be run by Zach Lutz who played baseball at Alvernia College from 2005-2007. He was first team All-American all three seasons and in 2007 was D3.com’s National Player of the Year. In 2013, he was named to the second team All-Decade team by D3.com. Zach was drafted by the New York Mets in the fifth round of the 2007 MLB draft and he played with the organization for eight years making his MLB debut in 2012. In 2016, Zach played in the Miami Marlins organization for the Triple A affiliate the New Orleans Zephyrs.
