Dave was selected out of high school in the 4th round of the 2003 MLB draft by the Minnesota Twins, with his last assignment being in 2009 with the Double-A Toronto Blue Jays. He also pitched in the PA American Legion All-Star game in 2001 and 2002. After playing in the MLB, Dave went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. Dave is a great example of what it means to be an All-Star!

He went on to play college ball at Keystone College where he was a three-year letterman. Robb was formerly an assistant baseball coach at Tower Hill School and West Chester Rustin High School and has been with All-Star for 8 years.

Chelsea was a 3-year varsity player at Strath Haven High School and played 1st base, 3rd base, and outfield. She went on to play college softball at Arcadia University. Chelsea’s philosophy is to nurture the love for the game while improving technical skills. Her proudest softball memory was hitting a home run in her first collegiate at-bat.

Penncrest High School / Millersville University 

Dillon played his high school baseball at Penncrest High School. He went on to attend Millersville University where he and a few friends started a club baseball team. In the team’s first year affiliated with the National Club Baseball Association, the team won the 2019 Division 3 Club National Championship! Additionally, Dillon also served as the Athletic Chairman for his fraternity and organized his team’s schedules and practices.

Malvern Prep High School / Ursinus College

Vince played baseball for Broomall-Newtown Babe Ruth where he won the Babe Ruth World Series when he was 15 years old. He was a two year starting outfielder for Malvern Prep. Vince went on to lead his team in batting average his Junior year and tied for second on his team with 4 home runs his Senior year. At Malvern, Vince won an Inter-Ac title and a State Championship. Vince played one year of college ball at Ursinus where he batted .333.

Eli played 4 years of Varsity baseball at Medway High School as a Starting Pitcher. During his Senior season, he led Medway to their first state title game in the school’s history, leading the league in ERA and IP. He was recognized on the Boston Globe All-Scholastic team as well as winning the league pitcher of the year award.

Kaitlyn attended and played at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she started as a second baseman. By the time she graduated, Kaitlyn set records for career home runs, single season batting average, and single season slugging percentage. Kaitlyn has also earned First Team Cosida All-America, PSAC Athlete of the Year, Women’s Freshman and Senior of the Year, Two time All-Regional Selection, and PSAC West Second Baseman. After graduating college, Kaitlyn was IUP’s assistant softball coach, focusing on offense and defense.

Steven was a three-year varsity pitcher and was an honorable mention all-conference player as both a Junior and Senior. He then attended and graduated from Roanoke College where he played for 2 years. Additionally, Steve was a member of the 2017 Maroons Division III World Series team.

Mack was a three-year varsity pitcher for Clearview Regional High School where he held the lowest ERA percentage. He was also a part of the SJ Group 4 Champions. After high school, Mack continued his baseball career at the University of the Sciences and was a starting pitcher. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Health Care Business and is now pursuing his Masters.

Mike attended Valley Forge Military Academy and was a Pitcher, First Baseman, and an Outfielder. Mike was a part of the 2017 All Academic Region 19 and was a 2018 Team Captain. During his baseball career, Mike had a 2.91 Era in 2018 4/4 saves. Mike then graduated in 2020 with a Bachelors degree in Media Studies from Temple University.

Orchard Lake St. Mary’s / Grambling State University / Marygrove College

James’s performance during his high school career earned him a scholarship to play at NCAA Division I Grambling State University. After a redshirt season, James then transferred to NCAA Division II Shaw University where he started at Centerfield for 3 years. James led the team each year in batting avg, hits, runs, and stolen bases. While earning the most valuable player award for the 2013-2014 shaw season, James also compiled to earn second-team all-conference and was a pre-season all-American for the following season. After his time at Grambling State, James finished his college career at Marygrove college where he made history by becoming the first player in The Western-Hoosier Athletic Conference to win player of the week and pitcher of the week in the same week.

Mike Gulli

St. Joseph’s Prep / Lebanon Valley College / Rutgers University

Mike was a 2 sport letterman in high school baseball, and track & field. At Lebanon Valley, he was a catcher on a team that reached the Division III regional tournament while also acting as the team’s unofficial pitching coach. After transferring to Rutgers, he walked on and made the team as a catcher, joining a squad that had made the regional tournament the season before. Mike hit over .300 for his collegiate career and played 17 years of semi-pro ball following college. During that time, he called 7 no-hitters from behind the plate and was voted into the all-star game in 2009 and 2010. He has been coaching young ballplayers since 2010, with several of his students currently playing college baseball.

Daniel most recently patrolled Bucks County, PA as an umpire for the past few seasons, logging well over 100 games behind the plate. In Marks’ playing career, he was a 2 -time Connie Mack All-Star for his hometown Warrington A’s, as both a third baseman & pitcher. Dan graduated from Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism & Hospitality Management in 2020 with a degree in Sports & Recreation Management.

Selena’s softball career continued throughout her collegiate years as a starting pitcher and third basemen at the University of New Haven while she completed her undergraduate degree in Health Science a full year early. Selena’s playing experience also includes her time with the Peruvian National Softball team, where she has played in Spain, the US Cup, and the Olympic qualifying Panamerican Games of 2019. Selena has been coaching camps, team organizations, group lessons, and private lessons since 2016 and has a passion for giving back to younger athletes.

Alex Hurowitz

Lower Merion High School / Penn State University

While at Lower Merion High School, Alex was a starting pitcher and third baseman, posting the lowest ERA in a single season since 2005 at 1.74. He was the pitcher of the year two years in a row at LMHS and was named to the 2nd Team All-Central League his senior year. Alex had many opportunities to play Division III baseball but decided on Penn State University where he joined the Club Baseball team and continued to pitch.

Chuck is a senior and team captain for Springside Chestnut Hill Academy’s baseball team. He primarily plays catcher, but he also plays infield and outfield. He is continuing his academic and baseball career at Haverford College.

Erik began his college career at Mercer County Community College where he helped his team reach the NJCAA Division II World Series during both years of his attendance. After his time at MCCC, Erik had Erik went on to play at the University of Delaware, where he had 14 multi-hit games and was a key contributor in Delaware’s series win at UNCW, hitting .500 in the series with four RBIs and four runs. During his senior year, Erik started all 54 games with 51 hits, six doubles, four triples, and three home runs.

Amanda Clark

Amanda played first baseman and catcher throughout her high school career. When she graduated, she had been an All-Academy All-Star 3 seasons in a row. She attended William Paterson University as a first baseman during her freshman year. She then transferred to Gwynedd Mercy University and was the starting catcher for her remaining 3 years of eligibility. As a catcher, Amanda was ranked #3 in the conference for “base runners caught stealing by”. The same year Amanda was ranked #4 in batting average by the NCAA Division III Softball league. Amanda led the conference and held school records (both single season and career) in batting average. slugging percentage and on-base percentage. After graduating college in 2020, Amanda focused on her career as a scientist and helped as a volunteer coach during Saint Basil Academy’s final softball season.

Justen played for the Henderson baseball team where he helped lead the school to their first District 1 PIAA Championship. Following his senior year, he went down to Old Dominion University in Norfolk VA where he walked on to the Men’s baseball team and became a bullpen catcher and traveled with the organization. Following his freshman year, he transferred back home to West Chester University where he is currently pursuing club baseball.

Lily played Division II softball at Chestnut Hill College where she started as a 3rd baseman all 4 years. During her junior year, Winn lead her team in hits and was named the Most Valuable Player. By her senior day, she had eclipsed over the 100 career hit mark as she was tied for 49th in the nation in batting averages. Lily now coaches in her free time with a focus on infielders and hitters.

Sam played at Grinnell College, starting all 4 years and playing catcher, first base, and relief pitcher. By the time he graduated, he was top-10 in Grinnell’s career batting average, RBIs, runs-scored, HRs, put-outs, and fielding percentage in Grinnell College history. During Sam’s senior year, he was recognized as All-Region for the Midwest by Rawlings and the ABCA for NCAA Division III Baseball.

Wissahickon High School / Grinnell College

Alex was a 5-year starting outfielder at the University of Virginia. While studying economics as an undergraduate, he was able to break into the top-10 at UVA for career games played, home runs, and runs batted in. In his graduate season, Alex put together a career year, while holding the role of team captain. In 2022, Alex hit .366 with 13 HRs and 71 RBIs. This resulted in the awarding of first team All-ACC honors, along with Third Team All-American honors from the NCBWA. During his summers and winters, Alex was an integral part of the coaching of numerous team camps, run by the baseball team’s staff, with his focus being outfield, infield, and hitting.

Casey played at Downingtown East, starting as a left handed pitcher for all four years of her high school career. By the time she graduated, Casey had set a high school softball record for most strikeouts in one game. Casey then went on to play at Shippensburg University, playing at the NCAA division II level. While attending Shippensburg University, Casey volunteered in the community and provided mentorship during summer softball camps to young players of all ages.

Chris graduated from Twin Valley High School in 2017 and is working towards a degree at Penn State University – Berks. Chris has 13 years of baseball experience, which includes 3 years of Legion baseball and 4 years of City County baseball. In lessons, Chris likes to go into as much detail as possible to ensure players have a better understanding and can identify mistakes and find solutions on their own. He also wants to make instruction fun for the players. If they are enjoying their lesson, they will be more willing to work harder and learn.

He went on to be named the America East Conference Rookie of the Year and was a member of the conference All-Rookie team as well as being selected second-team All-Conference. Bret recently began his first professional season with the West Virginia Power!

Tyler played at Spring-Ford High School and was a two-time All-PAC-10 selection. He continued his baseball career as a pitcher at East Stroudsburg University. Tyler was named to NCBWA and D2CCA All-Atlantic Region 2nd team as a starting pitcher and a two-time All-PSAC 1st team honoree.

Caiden graduated from Forney Highschool, where he helped lead his varsity team to the state championship by throwing a 3-hit shutout in the 5th round of playoffs. He then went on to play at North Central University for one year as a starting pitcher.

Brittney played at Penn State Altoona as a pitcher, outfielder, and designated hitter. She was ranked as having the most saves in the AMCC Conference. Brittney continued her education to Penn State Main Campus where she earned both her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Upon completing both her degrees, Brittney was employed with the State College Middle School softball team where she coached for 3 years and finished her employment with the district as the Head Softball Coach who led her team to winning the their first ever Oak Hall Regional Tournament. Brittney primarily worked with pitchers, but with her playing experience as a utility player, she was able to help all players develop in both INF/OF and even catcher.

Earl played four years of varsity baseball for his high school then went on to play at Alderson Broaddus. At Alderson, Earl won Freshman Catcher of the Year and was runner up for Freshman of the Year. Earl also played at Southern Union State Community College where he was coached under Hall of Fame coach, Joe Jordan. After spending time at SUSCC, Earl played at Cabrini University where he was first time all conference as a first baseman.

After playing locally at Council Rock South, Jeff went on to play at Wesley College. He is in his 6th year with All-Star and is available for hitting and pitching lessons.

Eric was a graduate of North Penn High School and a member of the 2009 PIAA State Championship team. He then went on to spend four years at Winthrop University. Following his senior year, he signed as a free agent with the New York Yankees in 2013. In 2015 he earned a spot on the Eastern League AA All-Star team. During his five seasons in the organization, he was able to make it to AAA.

Kelvin attended Neumann University where he was a varsity starter for four years. His main position was catcher, and also played third base and shortstop. He also played in the Carpenter Cup. After college, Kelvin worked with the Pittsburgh Pirates and assisted players in training.

After some time at UMBC, Dylan transferred to ESU for his Junior year, where he remained to play the rest of his collegiate career. Dylan has extensive knowledge of the game and wants to share his experience with the next generation of ballplayers!

Jake Arnoldy

Wilmington Christian School / Cairn University

Jake played High School Varsity baseball all 4 years at Wilmington Christian School. During his senior year as an outfielder and pitcher, he led his team in hits, batting average, and ERA. Jake then committed to Cairn University where he has spent the last 3 years of his career as an outfielder. As a junior at Cairn, Jake started 30 of 41 games and helped Cairn achieve a 25 win season, which was a new school win record for the school. Jake also helped Cairn go on a 13 game winning streak, one of the longest streaks in D3 baseball this past year.

Zach Lutz

Alvernia University / New York Mets

Zach was a three-time First Team All-American and was once named the D3 Baseball National Player of the Year when attending Alvernia University. In 2007, Zach was drafted in the 5th round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. He played for 10 years professionally and made his MLB debut in April of 2012 with the New York Mets. Zach received many awards throughout his career, including the Mets MiLB Player of the Year. He also played professionally in Japan and Korea, and Winter Ball in the Dominican Republic.

John Catchmark

Governor Mifflin High School / Alvernia University

John played baseball at Governor Mifflin High School and set the record for 2nd all-time career hits. He went on play at Alvernia University where John was a 2-time All American, 2-time Mid-Atlantic selection, and MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Year in 2017. John continues to have aspirations to play professional baseball and loves teaching hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons at All-Star!

Dante Surace

Abington Heights High School / East Stroudsburg University / Misericordia University

Dante played baseball at Abington Heights High School where he was a pitcher, 1st baseman, and outfielder. In his junior year, he led his team with the best ERA. Dante went on to attend East Stroudsburg University for Sports Management and was heavily involved in club sports. After ESU, he continued his education, receiving his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Misericordia University, with a Sports Industry focus. Upon graduating, he worked for Pro Baseball Staff and ran many clinics and 1:1 sessions. Dante additionally ran clinics for the Scranton-Wilkes Barre RailRiders and Baltimore Orioles.

Malvern Prep / Elizabethtown College

Mason played high school baseball at Malvern Prep, then continued his career at Elizabethtown College as a proud NCAA Division III alumnus. Mason continues to help young athletes develop passion for the sport of baseball, and continues to grow as a mentor and teacher every day.

During college, Ben played at Elizabethtown College as a pitcher for 4 years. During his time at Elizabethtown, he was a member of a team that won the Landmark Conference championship and participated in the NCAA Division III regionals.

Andre played outfield and catcher throughout high school at St. Thomas More High School in Philadelphia and went on to play Division III baseball at Widener University. He has 20 years experience of coaching teams in Little League and Babe Ruth Leagues and has previously served as League Director, Safety Director, and Communications Director of Exton Little League. He also has 10 years of experience as an umpire for PIAA High School and American Legion baseball leagues.

Aidan was a 4-year varsity player at a flight A school in Delaware. He played primarily as a shortstop but in his tenure at Delcastle Technical he was accessible at any position in the infield or outfield.

Jake played baseball at Exeter High School where he was an all-division and all-county selection. He went on to play at Northampton Community College where he was part of their first NJCAA Region 19 title and went on to play in the NJCAA world series. He then moved on to Albright College where he was part of their team for the next three years and graduated with a degree in Business Management.

Gary has been coaching baseball for over twenty years and In 2014, coached the District 28 Big League team to World Series. He was also a PIAA certified and Legion certified umpire, and has umpired several ASSA tournaments.

Donovan Osborne

Donovan is a former 12 year MLB Veteran Left Handed Starting Pitcher. He pitched for St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs and NY Yankees from 1992-2004. He amassed a career 49-46 record with a 4.03 ERA. Donovan finished 5th in the National League Rookie of the Year Award voting.
