Mount Carmel Area High School / Boston College 

Dave was selected out of high school in the 4th round of the 2003 MLB draft by the Minnesota Twins, with his last assignment being in 2009 with the Double-A Toronto Blue Jays. He also pitched in the PA American Legion All-Star game in 2001 and 2002. After playing in the MLB, Dave went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. Dave is a great example of what it means to be an All-Star!

Robb is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School where he was a three-year starter and an All-Conference nominee his senior year. He went on to play college ball at Keystone College where he was a three-year letterman. Robb was formerly an assistant baseball coach at Tower Hill School and West Chester Rustin High School and has been with All-Star for 8 years.

Mike Lascomb

Potomac Falls High School/Immaculata University

Mike played high school baseball at Potomac Falls High School in Northern Virginia.  In high school, he was named to the AA All-State Team in Virginia as a 1B in both his junior and senior years.  His junior year he hit .586 with 19 doubles over 20 games being named Loudoun County Player of the Year and 2nd Team All-Met.  He went on to play collegiately at Immaculata University in Malvern, PA.  At Immaculata, he was a 4-year starter playing 1B and OF and a two-time all-conference selection.  He holds a career batting average over .300 and is currently 4th in hits, 3rd in RBIs, and 2nd in games played on the school’s all-time record books.  Mike previously was a travel coach for the Evoshields Canes Organization out of Harrisburg, Virginia coaching ages 14U to 18U in high-level events throughout the east coast.

Domenic Contineza

Whitehall High School / Penn State Berks / Penn State University

Domenic is a graduate of Whitehall High School in 2013. He played two years of collegiate baseball at Penn State Berks where he was a right-handed pitcher, catcher, and outfielder. Domenic was a part of two NEAC championships and two regional appearances. His most memorable performance was his first collegiate win against Muhlenberg College where he threw seven scoreless innings. Domenic transferred to Penn State University where he was the head coach of the Club Baseball team. As head coach, Domenic led the club baseball team to two conference titles, two regional titles, and two NCBA world series appearances.

Pennridge High School / Immaculata University

Brad competed as a member of the Immaculata University Mighty Macs baseball team for 4 years as a middle infielder and 3rd baseman. He finished his collegiate with a career batting average of .269, an OBP percentage of .389, and a fielding percentage of .943. Brad’s philosophy while coaching is to be positive, have fun, dig deep, and emphasize improvement by making sure he challenges all players at an appropriate level to foster improvement.

Conwell Egan Catholic High School  / Chestnut Hill College

Ameir is currently a 4-year starter and team captain at Chestnut Hill College. So far in his collegiate career, Ameir has recorded over 150 hits and is on track to set the all-time hitting record for Chestnut Hill College!

Strath Haven High School  / Arcadia University

Chelsea was a 3-year varsity player at Strath Haven High School and played 1st base, 3rd base, and outfield. She went on to play college softball at Arcadia University. Chelsea’s philosophy is to nurture the love for the game while improving technical skills. Her proudest softball memory was hitting a home run in her first collegiate at-bat.

Dillion Armstrong

Penncrest High School / Millersville University 

Dillon played his high school baseball at Penncrest High School. He went on to attend Millersville University where he and a few friends started a club baseball team. In the team’s first year affiliated with the National Club Baseball Association, the team won the 2019 Division 3 Club National Championship! Additionally, Dillon also served as the Athletic Chairman for his fraternity and organized his team’s schedules and practices.

Vince Sposato

Malvern Prep High School / Ursinus College

Vince played baseball for Broomall-Newtown Babe Ruth where he won the Babe Ruth World Series when he was 15 years old. He was a two year starting outfielder for Malvern Prep. Vince went on to lead his team in batting average his Junior year and tied for second on his team with 4 home runs his Senior year. At Malvern, Vince won an Inter-Ac title and a State Championship. Vince played one year of college ball at Ursinus where he batted .333.

Steinert High School / Roanoke College

Steven was a three-year varsity pitcher and was an honorable mention all-conference player as both a Junior and Senior. He then attended and graduated from Roanoke College where he played for 2 years. Additionally, Steve was a member of the 2017 Maroons Division III World Series team.

Alex is a product of Cherry Hill East High School Baseball, where he was a Camden County All-Star his senior year as well as the David J. Martin Sportsmanship Award recipient. After high school, Alex continued his baseball career at Wilkes University where he played seven of the nine positions in the field in four years.

Abby played at Keystone College, starting as a shortstop all 4 years. By the time she graduated, Abby set school records for career home runs, season and game home runs, career hits, and career doubles! She was nationally ranked by the NCAA Division III Softball. Abby continued her education at Wesley College and earned a Master’s in Sports Leadership. While attending Wesley College, Abby was the assistant softball coach, focusing on outfielders and catchers.

Mack Gill

Clearview Regional High School / University of the Sciences

Mack was a three-year varsity pitcher for Clearview Regional High School where he held the lowest ERA percentage. He was also a part of the SJ Group 4 Champions. After high school, Mack continued his baseball career at the University of the Sciences and was a starting pitcher. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Health Care Business and is now pursuing his Masters.

Mike Brendak

Valley Forge Military Academy / Temple University

Mike attended Valley Forge Military Academy and was a Pitcher, First Baseman, and an Outfielder. Mike was a part of the 2017 All Academic Region 19 and was a 2018 Team Captain. During his baseball career, Mike had a 2.91 Era in 2018 4/4 saves. Mike then graduated in 2020 with a Bachelors degree in Media Studies from Temple University.

Allie Bascunan

Mary Baldwin University

Alli was the starting first baseman at Mary Baldwin University for all four years. Alli maintained her spot in the lineup bringing power, consistency, and situational hitting to MBU. Apon graduating, Allie has been able to do research on behavior analytic principles and increasing hitters’ exit velocity. During this time, Alli joined the MBU softball staff, applying her graduate education to focus on hitting, fielding and strength training.

Ryan McDonough

Coatesville Area Senior High School / Cabrini College

Ryan grew up playing travel ball, graduated from Coatesville High School & moved on to play four years of collegiate softball at Cabrini College. Starting every game over her four-year career except for two, Ryan bounced around the infield from 2nd to 3rd and 1st base. Ryan received All-Conference Honorable Mention Accolades two different seasons, as well as Conference All-Academic Team, honors all four years. After receiving a Senior Scholar-Athlete award and graduating Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts, Ryan now works in Graphic Design & Marketing – and still makes time for some recreational softball.

Joanna was a three-year varsity catcher for Pitman High School. After high school, Joanna continued her softball career playing two years at Camden County College, where she ranked with NJCAA Division III for individual hitting, RBI and HR leaders, and was selected second and first team all-American with the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Since college, Joanna has continued playing in various slow and fastpitch recreational leagues, as well as coaching at J.W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School.

Steve Bowley

Holy Cross Academy / Cumberland Campus of Rowan College of South Jersey / Shepherd University

Steve Bowley was a three-year varsity player for Holy Cross Academy, where he helped lead the team to a 2016 state championship. After high school, Steve went on to play for Wagner college, before transferring to Rowan College of South Jersey where he became the #1 ranked player in the country. Steve Bowley lead Rowan College of South Jersey in innings before moving on to Shepherd University. After college, Steve played professional baseball in the frontier league for the Gateway Grizzlies.

Kenny graduated from Misericordia University with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management. He was the 2019 MAC Freedom Player of the Year as well as the 2019 Misericordia Male Athlete of the Year. Kenny considers his greatest accomplishment in baseball being a 2019 D3 All American. His personal philosophy is, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”.

Twin Valley High School / Penn State University – Berks

Chris graduated from Twin Valley High School in 2017 and is working towards a degree at Penn State University – Berks. Chris has 13 years of baseball experience, which includes 3 years of Legion baseball and 4 years of City County baseball. In lessons, Chris likes to go into as much detail as possible to ensure players have a better understanding and can identify mistakes and find solutions on their own. He also wants to make instruction fun for the players. If they are enjoying their lesson, they will be more willing to work harder and learn.

Bret played for Spring-Ford High School in 2015 and was a two-time All-Area selection, a two-time All-Pac-10 selection, and a 2015 Perfect Game Honorable Mention Atlantic All-America honoree. He went on to be named the America East Conference Rookie of the Year and was a member of the conference All-Rookie team as well as being selected second-team All-Conference. Bret recently began his first professional season with the West Virginia Power!

Zac Burke

Penn Manor HS / Coastal Carolina / USC Beaufort

Zach played high school baseball at Penn Manor HS where he was the 11th Ranked RHP in Pennsylvania in 2013. He went on to sign with Coastal Carolina University to play baseball there. While in college, Zac’s summer collegiate team – Top Speed – was ranked 5th in the nation and had a 43-3 record. Zac also says that signing his professional contract with the EPBL was one of the biggest accomplishments in his baseball career.

Downingtown West / Franklin and Marshall College / University of Delaware

JJ played baseball at Downingtown West High School where he was a first-team all Ches-Mont and Daily Local News All area honorable mention his senior year. He went on to be a 4-year starter at Franklin and Marshall College where he was a captain his Junior and Senior years. JJ was the first player to ever win the Gold Glove award, as well as the Player of the Year for the Centennial Conference in the same year. A few other accolades include being selected for the Division 3 team of the week, 3-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor roll, and being voted most outstanding player by his coaches and teammates during his Sophomore and Senior years. JJ went on to continue playing baseball as a graduate student at the University of Delaware.

Cameron played at Downingtown East, starting at each of the outfield positions. In addition to playing at Downingtown East, Cam spent 3 years playing on All-Star Baseball’s Downingtown teams, as well as ASBA Futures for 5 fives. Some of Cam’s greatest accomplishments include being selected for an All-Ches-Mont, and All-Area team his junior year of high school.

Eric Ruth

North Penn High School / Winthrop University / New York Yankees

Eric was a graduate of North Penn High School and a member of the 2009 PIAA State Championship team. He then went on to spend four years at Winthrop University. Following his senior year, he signed as a free agent with the New York Yankees in 2013. In 2015 he earned a spot on the Eastern League AA All-Star team. During his five seasons in the organization, he was able to make it to AAA.

Kaylee Zarick

Softball – Hitting, Fielding, & Catching

West Scranton High School / Arcadia University

Kaylee graduated from West Scranton High School and continued her softball career at Arcadia University as an NCAA DIII athlete. Over the course of her career as a catcher, she appeared in the MAC tournament three times and won the ECAC championship three times. Kaylee was also a three-time member of the MAC honor roll, while also receiving an NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete award. Kaylee graduated from Arcadia Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Kaylee has also obtained her master’s degree in school psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Bristol High School / Neumann University 

Kelvin attended Neumann University where he was a varsity starter for four years. His main position was catcher, and also played third base and shortstop. He also played in the Carpenter Cup. After college, Kelvin worked with the Pittsburgh Pirates and assisted players in training.

North Warren Regional High School / Ursinus College / East Stroudsburg University 

Bridget was a 4-year softball varsity starting pitcher in high school and went on to play at Ursinus College. At Ursinus, she played as a pitcher and in the outfield and graduated with her B.S. in Health and Exercise Physiology & Minor in Human Performance. She then went on to coach softball at Sussex County Community College and hosted many youth softball clinics. She currently works as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist during the day and has a passion to help athletes reach their potential!

Matt played at Gettysburg College. He started all four years of his collegiate career as a catcher and third baseman and was team captain during his senior year. His goal at All-Star is to help kids develop in all aspects of life while playing the game that they love.

Cody attended SUNY Purchase college where he was a starting pitcher all four years. In his sophomore season at Purchase, he led the Skyline Conference in Innings Pitched and led the team in Strikeouts.

Sam played at Seton Hill University for the nationally ranked Griffins baseball team, winning over 150 games and 2 PSAC Championships during his career there, as well as making appearances in 4 straight NCAA Atlantic Regional Tournaments. Sam continued his education after his time at SHU, by moving out to Philadelphia and pursuing his Master’s degree in Secondary Education, as well as obtaining his teaching certificate to teach History, which he now does at MaST Community Charter School in Philadelphia, PA.

Bristol Jr./Sr. High School / University of Maryland – Baltimore County / East Stroudsburg University

During his years of high school baseball, Dylan was a utility player that had a fire and passion for the game. Dylan was then recruited as a catcher and 3rd baseman to UMBC right out of high school. After some time at UMBC, Dylan transferred to ESU for his Junior year, where he remained to play the rest of his collegiate career. Dylan has extensive knowledge of the game and wants to share his experience with the next generation of ballplayers!

Gabe played at Shippensburg University as a starting pitcher for 4 years. He received PSAC Freshman of the Year honors as well as 2nd Team All-Region. After graduating from Shippensburg, Gabe was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 27th round of the 2018 draft, where he continues to play as a starting pitcher.

Zach Lutz

Alvernia University / New York Mets

Zach was a three-time First Team All-American and was once named the D3 Baseball National Player of the Year when attending Alvernia University. In 2007, Zach was drafted in the 5th round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. He played for 10 years professionally and made his MLB debut in April of 2012 with the New York Mets. Zach received many awards throughout his career, including the Mets MiLB Player of the Year. He also played professionally in Japan and Korea, and Winter Ball in the Dominican Republic.

Dennis Deitch

Ridley High School / Florida State University / Penn State University

Dennis and was a two-year varsity baseball letter-winner at Ridley High School. He went on to attend Florida State University before transferring to Penn State University. Dennis then played for four seasons for Philadelphia Stock Exchange in the Delco League. After graduating he became a sports journalist, serving as a traveling beat writer covering the Phillies. Dennis was influenced as an instructor by Larry Bowa, John Vukovich, and Charlie Manuel. Previously to joining All-Star, Dennis coached for Upper Township (N.J.) Babe Ruth in which he coached Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Jake McKenna.

John Catchmark

Governor Mifflin High School / Alvernia University

John played baseball at Governor Mifflin High School and set the record for 2nd all-time career hits. He went on play at Alvernia University where John was a 2-time All American, 2-time Mid-Atlantic selection, and MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Year in 2017. John continues to have aspirations to play professional baseball and loves teaching hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons at All-Star!

Dylan Stracke 

Sanford College Prep School / University of Delaware  

Catching, Pitching, Hitting

Dylan went to Sanford School where he started on the varsity team for all four years. His high school batting average was .375 which helped him earn all-conference as a catcher for three of those years. He went on to compete at the University of Delaware for one year before he was sidelined from injuries. He has since coached three years at the middle school and high school JV and Varsity level at the Sanford School. He is now furthering his studies at the Delaware Law School.

Nick Ward

Unionville High School/Oakland Athletics

Nick is an ASBA alumnus who played high school ball at Unionville High School. During his playing career, he has been an NCBWA Honorable Mention All-American,  CCA Honorable Mention All-American, First Team All-PSAC, NCBWA First Team All-Atlantic Region, D2CCA All-Atlantic First Team, and Atlantic-ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Team (First Team). He led the team and the PSAC with 69 runs scored and 1.44 runs per game (No. 3 nationally) and also played and started in all 48 games. Nick batted .364 with 59 hits, 11 doubles, and a team-high four triples and 13 homers.

Nick was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 2018 MLB 1st Year Player Draft and played in the Arizona Rookie League A and with the AAA Nashville Sounds.

Rich Windon

Brandywine High School / Delaware Tech / University of Delaware

Rich was a varsity starter all four years of high school and was a captain in his junior and senior years. Rich graduated in 2015 and played at Delaware Tech for two years on scholarship. He also played semi-pro ball in his offseason summers. Rich then transferred to the University of Delaware in 2018 where he is focusing on receiving his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice.

Dante Surace

Abington Heights High School / East Stroudsburg University / Misericordia University

Dante played baseball at Abington Heights High School where he was a pitcher, 1st baseman, and outfielder. In his junior year, he led his team with the best ERA. Dante went on to attend East Stroudsburg University for Sports Management and was heavily involved in club sports. After ESU, he continued his education, receiving his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Misericordia University, with a Sports Industry focus. Upon graduating, he worked for Pro Baseball Staff and ran many clinics and 1:1 sessions. Dante additionally ran clinics for the Scranton-Wilkes Barre RailRiders and Baltimore Orioles.

Rita Muzio

Softball – Hitting, Fielding, Catching & Pitching

Ridgewood High School / University of Delaware

Rita was a leading hitter and starting outfielder for her high school team in Norther NJ. In two years, the team won 40+ games, two league titles, and a State Sectional Championship. Rita traveled with the Bergen Blazers every summer, once to US Pony Nationals, where they twice defeated the Russian National Champions, and finished in the Sweet 16 of 120 teams. While there, Rita batted over 400 and led the team in stolen bases. Through college, Rita coached summer travel teams to Championships of their own on the home turf of her Ridgewood alma mater.

Agustin Legido

Agustin attended Drexel University where he walked onto the D1 club baseball team his freshman year. Shortly after, he started as a shortstop for the rest of his college career and was named team captain for his junior and senior seasons. Agustin is now continuing his education in graduate school at Temple University studying Sport business with a concentration in Analytics.
