Robb is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School where he was a three-year starter and an All-Conference nominee his senior year. He went on to play college ball at Keystone College where he was a three-year letterman. Robb was formerly an assistant baseball coach at Tower Hill School and West Chester Rustin High School and has been with All-Star for 8 years.

Alex Injaian

Cherry Hill West/Rutgers Camden
Alex was a three-year starter at Cherry Hill West, twice being named All Olympic Conference and South Jersey All Group III. Additionally, he was named to the Carpenter Cup roster in 2011. Alex was a three-year letterman on the basketball team as well. He then went on to play baseball at Rutgers-Camden. Alex has 6 years of coaching experience, both with Cherry Hill American Legion and as an assistant coach for his Alma Mater, Cherry Hill West, where he helped guide them to a South Jersey championship in 2019.

Mike Lascomb

Potomac Falls High School/Immaculata University
Mike played high school baseball at Potomac Falls High School in Northern Virginia. In high school, he was named to the AA All-State Team in Virginia as a 1B in both his junior and senior years. His junior year he hit .586 with 19 doubles over 20 games being named Loudoun County Player of the Year and 2nd Team All-Met. He went on to play collegiately at Immaculata University in Malvern, PA. At Immaculata, he was a 4-year starter playing 1B and OF and a two-time all-conference selection. He holds a career batting average over .300 and is currently 4th in hits, 3rd in RBIs, and 2nd in games played on the school’s all-time record books. Mike previously was a travel coach for the Evoshields Canes Organization out of Harrisburg, Virginia coaching ages 14U to 18U in high-level events throughout the east coast.

Zach McFadden

Broadneck High School / Salisbury University
Zach played catcher and 3rd base at Broadneck High School before going on to play on the inaugural Salisbury University Club baseball team which is now nationally ranked. He has 5+ years of coaching experience between high schools in Maryland and Pennsylvania and was a 2019 Master Teacher award winner from the Philadelphia Phillies Baseball Academy.

After being 1st Team All-Conference in High School, Mark played baseball for DII West Virginia Wesleyan. He then went on to play two seasons of Independent League ball and started his career by batting .440 in spring training. He considers earning the title of “Professional Baseball Player” one of his greatest accomplishments, and he believes that the harder you work, the better the results will be.

Rob DiSanti

Barnegat High School / Ocean County College / Caldwell University
A graduate of Barnegat High School, Rob won MVP honors his senior season and earned a spot in the SBCA All-Star Game. After High School, Rob took the playing field at Ocean County College where he hit .464 in his sophomore season, collecting 45 hits, earning him MVP honors, and a spot as one of the top 15 hitters in the country for the NJCAA D3 level. Following OCC, Rob went on to play his final two seasons at D2 Caldwell University, where he was a two-year starter and finished his career with over 100 hits.

Chris was a four-year varsity player for Middletown HS South, where he was apart of the 2011 NJ Group III State Championship team. In Chris’ senior year, he was selected for the All-Shore Conference team as a pitcher. After high school, Chris signed a scholarship to play for Salem University, a Division II school in West Virginia. Since college, Chris has been coaching youth baseball for several years.

Gloucester City High School / Rider University / The College of New Jersey
Adam was an all-state shortstop in 2005 for Gloucester City High School. A member of the 2005 Mid-Atlantic Regional Champions and World Series participant for Brooklawn American Legion, Adam made 1st Team All Legion in 2005. He graduated from The College of New Jersey and was 2009 Hot Stovers D3 player of the year. Adam is currently the head baseball coach for Gloucester Catholic High School, where they were 2017 and 2018 state champions.

Alex is a product of Cherry Hill East High School Baseball, where he was a Camden County All-Star his senior year as well as the David J. Martin Sportsmanship Award recipient. After high school, Alex continued his baseball career at Wilkes University where he played seven of the nine positions in the field in four years.

Zach Welsher

In 2011 Zach was a Group 1 State Champion at Audubon HS, 2012 Group 1 at Audubon HS, First-Time All-Conference in 2013 at Audubon HS, 2013 American Legion National Champion with the Brooklawn American Legion Team. Lead team in strikeouts for Rutgers-Camden in 2017 with 57 K’s in 55 innings. Zach’s philosophy is in a big game or a pressure situation, don’t underestimate the power of your breath. Don’t be afraid to step out of the box or step off the mound, take a deep breath and reset. Stay Composed so that you’re ready to compete and you’re ready to succeed.

A graduate of Kingsway Regional High School where he was a three-year varsity starter as a shortstop. Steve went on to play collegiately at Davis and Elkins College for two years as a shortstop and second baseman. Unfortunately, Steve was unable to finish his college baseball career due to injury. Before joining All-Star Baseball Academy, Steve coached high school summer baseball for three years.

Abby graduated from Freedom High School and played 1st, 3rd, and was a 2-year varsity starting catcher. Abby played college softball at Keystone College, starting shortstop all 4 years. She ended her career setting the school record for career home runs, season and game home runs, career runs, career hits, and career doubles. Additionally, she was nationally ranked offensively in NCAA Division III Softball. Abby continued her education by attending Wesley College to obtain a Master’s Degree in Sport Leadership. While attending Wesley College, Abby was the assistant softball coach, focusing on outfielders and catchers.

Tara graduated from Bethpage High School where she played two years as a varsity pitcher and 1st basemen. Tara attended Keystone College, playing one year before transferring to Brooklyn College. While obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Adaptive Physical Education, Tara pitched at both colleges. Upon graduating, Tara was the assistant coach at Briarcliffe College and Baruch College, and head coach with the Farmingdale 8th grade team. Prior to moving to PA, Tara ran her own fastpitch business in New York. Tara specializes in individualized pitching and hitting instruction.

Penn Manor HS / Coastal Carolina / USC Beaufort
Zach played high school baseball at Penn Manor HS where he was the 11th Ranked RHP in Pennsylvania in 2013. He went on to sign with Coastal Carolina University to play baseball there. While in college, Zac’s summer collegiate team – Top Speed – was ranked 5th in the nation and had a 43-3 record. Zac also says that signing his professional contract with the EPBL was one of the biggest accomplishments in his baseball career.

Kenny graduated from Misericordia University with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management. He was the 2019 MAC Freedom Player of the Year as well as the 2019 Misericordia Male Athlete of the Year. Kenny considers his greatest accomplishment in baseball being a 2019 D3 All American. His personal philosophy is, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”.

Sarah was a three-year starter at Twin Valley HS where she won two county medals and one district title. Her best memory from her playing days was getting the game-winning hit in the district title game. Sarah’s personal philosophy is “work hard, try your best, and have fun!”

Plymouth-Whitemarsh HS / Clemson University / Florida Southern College
After playing high school ball at Plymouth-Whitemarsh, Matt went on to play at Clemson University from 2007-2008 where he pitched in 27 games. After playing at Clemson, he played one year at Florida Southern College before moving on to play independent ball. In 2010, he played for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks who went on to win the Northern League Championship that year. Matt was also selected to play in the Cape Cod Collegiate Baseball League in 2008.

Blaise was an ACC All-Academic student-athlete at the University of Notre Dame. As a graduate student at Mercer University, his team led the NCAA in home runs. Growing up he was a member of the 2005 Mid-Atlantic Little League World Series team.

North Penn High School / Winthrop University / New York Yankees
Eric was a graduate of North Penn High School and a member of the 2009 PIAA State Championship team. He then went on to spend four years at Winthrop University. Following his senior year, he signed as a free agent with the New York Yankees in 2013. In 2015 he earned a spot on the Eastern League AA All-Star team. During his five seasons in the organization, he was able to make it to AAA.

William Penn Charter School / Roanoke College
Colin played his high school baseball locally at William Penn Charter School, as a part of a nationally ranked HS baseball program. He then attended Roanoke College as a student-athlete and was a member of the school’s first Conference Championship Team in school history as well as a member of the 2017 DIII College World Series Team. Colin brings energy and a passion for teaching and is excited to give back to the youth through a program he himself played for with All-Star Baseball Academy.

Kaylee Zarick

West Scranton High School / Arcadia University
Kaylee graduated from West Scranton High School and continued her softball career at Arcadia University as an NCAA DIII athlete. Over the course of her career as a catcher, she appeared in the MAC tournament three times and won the ECAC championship three times. Kaylee was also a three-time member of the MAC honor roll, while also receiving an NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete award. Kaylee graduated from Arcadia Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Kaylee has also obtained her master’s degree in school psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Ashton graduated from Eastern York High School and continued her softball and field hockey career at Arcadia University as an NCAA DIII athlete. Over the course of her career as an athlete, her team won a MAC Championship. She was a member of the MAC honor roll and ECAC Academic Honor Roll. She graduated from Arcadia Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice and is in the process of obtaining her master’s degree in counseling psychology at Arcadia University.

Kelvin attended Neumann University where he was a varsity starter for four years. His main position was catcher, and also played third base and shortstop. He also played in the Carpenter Cup. After college, Kelvin worked with the Pittsburgh Pirates and assisted players in training.

Sean is a current professional baseball player who has played for the Somerset Patriots and Rockland Boulders. He was an outfielder for Roanoke College. In 2018 he was All-American South Region Player of the Year and Old Dominion Conference Player of the Year.

Zach Lutz

Alvernia University / New York Mets
Zach played at Alvernia University from 2005-2007. During his college career, he was a three-time First Team All American and was named the D3 Baseball National Player of the Year. In 2007, Zach was drafted in the 5th round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. He played 10 years professionally and made his MLB debut in April of 2012 with the New York Mets. Zach received many awards throughout his career, including the Mets MiLB Player of the Year. He also played professionally in Japan and Korea, and Winter Ball in the Dominican Republic.

Alex Halladay

Bayard Rustin High School / Wilkes University
Alex graduated from Bayard Rustin High School in 2016 earning All-Chesmont honors as a senior while helping the Golden Knights capture a league championship. He is currently going into his senior year at Wilkes University and has primarily served as a designated hitter for the Colonels batting .370 in his sophomore campaign and finishing his junior season as the team leader in pinch hits. Alex started Wilkes’ first MAC tournament game since 2009, and currently holds a career batting average of .411.

Island Trees High School / Fairleigh Dickinson University
Ryan grew up in New York and played varsity baseball at Island Trees High School. He went on to play Division 1 college ball at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2012 – 2016. In 2012 he was a member of the NJCBA All-Rookie team, and in 2013 he was named 2013 NEC Pre-Season All-Conference. In 2014 he was the conference leader in Batting Average Against. Prior to joining ASBA Ryan worked as a coach and instructor at Long Island’s Baseball Heaven Steel Sports Academy. His personal philosophy is “Throw Strikes, Hit Strikes”.

A graduate of West Chester Henderson High School, Ryan went on to play collegiately at Millersville University where he was a four-year starter at second base. Ryan was named an All-American in 2009 and played in the 2011 College World Series.

Matt was a graduate of Twin Valley High School where he was an All-Division pitcher in his junior year. He went on to play at Emory and Henry College. Matt was able to make an impact from the start there as he earned Pitcher of the week during March of his freshman year.

Kayla attended high school at William Penn Charter School, where she was a 4-year starter as a pitcher and infielder. She received first-team All Interac 3 years, and All-Southeastern PA honors her senior year while helping Penn Charter to their first Independent School State title. Kayla continued her career at Ursinus College, in which she was a 4-year starter in the middle infield and received first-team All-Centennial Conference her senior year.

Dylan Stracke

Dylan went to Sanford School where he started on the varsity team for all four years. His high school batting average was .375 which helped him earn all-conference as a catcher for three of those years. He went on to compete at the University of Delaware for one year before he was sidelined from injuries. He has since coached three years at the middle school and high school JV and Varsity level at the Sanford School. He is now furthering his studies at the Delaware Law School.

Nick Ward

Unionville High School/Oakland Athletics
Nick is an ASBA alumnus who played high school ball at Unionville High School. During his playing career, he has been an NCBWA Honorable Mention All-American, CCA Honorable Mention All-American, First Team All-PSAC, NCBWA First Team All-Atlantic Region, D2CCA All-Atlantic First Team, and Atlantic-ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Team (First Team). He led the team and the PSAC with 69 runs scored and 1.44 runs per game (No. 3 nationally) and also played and started in all 48 games. Nick batted .364 with 59 hits, 11 doubles, and a team-high four triples and 13 homers.
Nick was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 2018 MLB 1st Year Player Draft and played in the Arizona Rookie League A and with the AAA Nashville Sounds.

Rich was a varsity starter all four years of high school and was a captain in his junior and senior years. Rich graduated in 2015 and played at Delaware Tech for two years on scholarship. He also played semi-pro ball in his offseason summers. Rich then transferred to the University of Delaware in 2018 where he is focusing on receiving his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice.
