10-12 YEAR OLDS
Embark on a journey of enjoyable training that not only emphasizes fun but also fosters a positive connection with exercise. Our 10-12 year old programs are designed to cultivate a broad foundation of athleticism, expanding your movement skillsets. Through engaging in movements that balance low technical demands with high muscular engagement, you'll build robustness and establish control and coordination over your body. The sessions encourage participants to move through various directions and ranges of motion, focusing primarily on bodyweight movements with minimal equipment, ensuring a comprehensive and effective training experience.
13-14 YEAR OLDS
Our 13-14 year old training program is strategically crafted to enhance fundamental movements with a structured training approach. Emphasis is placed on achieving technical mastery, incorporating various progressive external resistance modalities like dumbbells, kettlebells, and an introduction to barbells. Athletes undergo targeted training to efficiently produce and absorb force in diverse planes of motion, fostering increased work capacity and outputs while minimizing the risk of athletic-related injuries.
Our 15+ training program offers a progressive approach, building on fundamental movements and introducing advanced barbell techniques with a focus on progressive development. Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting out, these programs aim to improve movement efficiency, boost work capacity and outputs, and minimize the risk of athletic-related injuries. Our overarching objective is to prepare athletes for the advanced training styles and heightened competition found in high school and college sports.
